Billing Policy

The following Terms of Use constitute Select Solutions US LLC.'s Billing Policy and applies to ALL Select Solutions US LLC. customers:

Payments

All charges are shown in US Dollars. Payments are to be made in US dollars and must be drawn from a US bank. Select Solutions US LLC. accepts the following types of payment:

• Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard, Discover or AMEX only) This is our preferred method of payment.
• Check or Money Order (pay electronically in a secure setting)
• Our Online Billing Manager (QuickBooks online, Intuit) lets us offer you the option of paying by credit card or an electronic check through secure QuickBooks Merchant Services.

All payments are due on the Account Statement Date. The Account Statement Date is the monthly anniversary of the date the account was activated. If you provide Select Solutions US LLC. your credit card information, you authorize Select Solutions US LLC. to automatically charge your credit or debit card for charges that apply to your account.

Recurring charges will be posted to your credit card until such time that you cancel your account in accordance with Select Solutions US LLC.'s Billing Policy in the Terms and Conditions. Charges subsequent to your initial order will accumulate in your account until such charges exceed $6.95. Select Solutions US LLC. will then automatically charge your credit card on the next Account Statement Date. You are responsible for directly updating, or notifying Select Solutions US LLC., of any changes to your credit card (including, but not limited to card number, expiration date, billing address, or card status).

Customers not paying by credit card agree to make payment of their balance due within ten (10) days of the Account Statement Date.

Accounts that are thirty (30) days past due will be automatically suspended. All past due and unpaid balances are subject to collection. In the event of collection, you will be liable for costs of collection including attorney's fees, court costs, and collection agency fees.

Hosting payments not received by the due date, at Select Solutions U.S. LLC.'s discretion, may be subject to service and/or account disconnect on the 20th of the month and a $7.50 late fee. A reconnection fee of $50 will apply if your domain is pulled from our server. Disconnect does not relieve the customer of responsibility to remit payment, nor does it constitute request for service disconnection.

Statements

Select Solutions U.S. LLC does not normally mail paper invoices or statements. Mailed statements will have a $5.00 billing fee added to the charges to cover our expenses for processing and mailing client statements. We regret the imposition of this additional charge, but it is necessary to cover our increased costs of doing business. You may avoid this additional charge by signing up for our automatic pay via a credit/debit card.

Account Renewals

In order to insure uninterrupted service to your website, all plans will automatically renew at the end of the plan's billing cycle. Plan renewal charges are based on the original rate on the date of renewal according to the service selected. Plans are renewed for the same billing cycle term. If you wish to cancel your plan before the plan renewal, please refer to the cancellation at http://selectsolutions.us/cancel.html. An automated renewal notification will be sent to the email address on the account, at least 30 days prior to actual processing of the renewal. From time to time, Select Solutions U.S. LLC may avail itself of account updating services provided by the Payment Card Industry, including, without limitation, VISA's Account Updater program or MasterCard's Automatic Billing Updater program. By subscribing to selectsolutions.us, you hereby agree and authorize Select Solutions U.S. LLC to update your Payment Card or similar account information and charge any updated Payment Card in accordance with the terms and conditions of such account updating programs.

If automatic payment can not be made then an account may become suspended due to non payment. If an account is suspended for non payment the invoice must be paid in order to regain access to the account. Select Solutions U.S. LLC reserves the right to charge a one time service fee of $39.95 if the customer does not wish to renew, but requires a backup of the account. This backup will be delivered via a downloadable link which will be sent to the customer after payment has been received.

 

HOSTING FEES: Hosting fees are due in advance. We bill and process your credit card at the beginning of each quarter or on your anniversary date if you are on our annual billing plan.

Hosting accounts not paid by this date will be interrupted.

DOMAIN FEES: Select Solutions U.S. LLC. purchases domains on your behalf and we will invoice you for this service. Domain invoices are due on receipt. Domain fees not paid within 10 days will result in DNS service (domain service) being interrupted, which means your website and email will not work. NOtification will be sent to you via email giving you several options for renewal, the longer the term, the lower the avg yearly cost for you will be.

WEB DEVELOPMENT FEES: Select Solutions U.S. LLC requires a down payment for website construction for new clients and may charge a fee for existing clients depending on the project scope and/or payment history. The balance will be due and payable before the website goes live. The completion date of the site is when the client accepts the site as complete.

OTHER CHARGES: Unless otherwise noted or pre-arranged, invoices for other services are due upon receipt.

LATE FEES AND SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS: A Late Fee of 1.5 per month ($7.50 minimum) will be added for accounts not paid within 10 days. If you cannot pay your bill, please contact us and make arrangements. We are glad to work out a payment plan with you. You'll avoid disconnection and late fees. At 30 late, Select Solutions U.S. LLC will suspend all services associated with the account including email. To be reinstated, the entire past due amount and any incurred fees plus a $75 reconnection fee must be paid. Select Solutions U.S. LLC will not assist in moving domains or services for accounts that are in arrears. Accounts 60 days overdue will be deleted from our server and may be turned over for collection. In the event of collection, the client will be liable for costs of collection including attorney's fees, court costs, collection agency fees and internal costs of collection.
All credit card charges will be displayed on your card statements in the name of Select Solutions U.S. LLC.By paying with a credit card, you understand this and will not dispute any charge from us just for the reason that you don't recognize the name.
Chargebacks initiated by the client without valid cause will incur a $50 handling fee unless the card company deems the chargeback to be appropriate. Failure to recognize the name on the charge is not a valid reason to dispute the charge. Chargebacks by their very nature take a long time and are expensive for us to handle. We are charged a fee for chargebacks.
RETURNED CHECKS: If a check is returned due to insufficient funds, closed account, stop payment or any other reason other than a clerical error on our part, we will seek remedy according to the laws of the state of Georgia. Pursuant to Georgia law, and not withstanding any applicable criminal sanctions, you will pay in cash to the payee within 30 days following written demand therefor, (i) for the amount owing on the check, (ii) the service charges and processing fees incurred by the payee and (iii) additional damages of three times the amount owing on the check, not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500.00) or to be less than one hundred dollars ($100.00).

• Select Solutions US LLC. retains ownership of all programming, design, graphics, photography, development and other services until payment is received in full.
• Select Solutions US LLC. reserves the right to immediately disconnect any account and withhold materials and files until the balance is paid in full.
  
  

  Service Disconnect

  All requests for service disconnection must be received in writing to the address above 30 days prior to date of disconnect. 
  

  Select Solutions US LLC. reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
