The first thing we recommend that you do is to let us know what your intentions are. If you wish to transfer your site to another hosting company, we must approve transfers from registrars and do many things on our end to ensure your move goes smoothly and completely. This can include many things such as approval of transfers with registrars and removal of old files which prevent your new host from being seen from our system. The nature of web hosting demands that in some way we be part of the transfer process. Failing to let us know of a move or termination only jeopardizes your own web site and investment.
